Pleasant but not special, very basic.

Awful restaurant.

Typical of hotels converted from old London buildings. Not particularly well converted. Small rooms and narrow corridors. Senior staff very pleasant but junior staff not really knowledgeable or enthusiastic. Certainly, not a genuine 4star hotel. ...read more
